Fat Grafting

Fat is the best filler material we have available. Its main advantage is that it is the patient’s own tissue, which means it will not cause rejection or foreign body reactions.

It can be used on the face to reduce signs of aging and improve skin appearance, and on the body to increase the volume of the breasts and buttocks. It has many applications in reconstructive surgery to correct defects and the aftereffects of other surgeries, and it even has a very positive impact on skin quality. The fat is obtained through liposuction and is prepared for injection into the desired area using small cannulas.

Reduce signs of aging, enhance volume, and correct defects from previous surgeries.

Eyelid surgery lasts between 1 to 2 hours.

The incisions (scars) are placed in the natural folds of the eyelids. On the upper eyelid, they are located approximately 1 cm above the eyelid margin (eyelashes).

When patients have bags under the lower eyelids, these can be removed through an incision made inside the eyelid, so there will be no visible scar. If there is also excess skin, it can be removed with an incision along the lash line, leaving the scar completely camouflaged.

Depending on the type of blepharoplasty we plan to perform, we will choose the appropriate type of anesthesia for you.

Ideally, you should take 5 days off after the procedure, apply ice frequently around the eyes during the first few days of the postoperative period, avoid sun exposure, and limit physical activity.

The primary goal of the surgery is to globally enhance the appearance of your eyes and counteract the effects of aging, without changing the essence or shape of your eyes. Although swelling in the first few days may make you look different, as it subsides, you will begin to see the results.

Lower blepharoplasty can remove the bags and excess skin, but dark circles and the pigmentation around the eyes have different causes. While the surgery may improve their appearance, they will not completely disappear.

The small wrinkles around the eyes will not disappear with surgery; other methods, such as Botox, are available to address these.

It’s time to boost your confidence and unlock your inner strength.
