Today, I want to begin a new professional chapter. I want to write a blog for my patients, and also for the men and women who desire a physical change, a transformation, but do not know where to begin. For those who have already made the decision and still have many questions. And for those who have already undergone surgery, but have not found the answers they were looking for or the support they expected.
For those who do not know me, I am an avid reader. I devour books, and I have always wondered what it feels like to be on the other side: the side of the writer, with the privilege of putting ideas, dreams and stories into words.
My profession, or rather my passion, has given me the opportunity to listen to the most extraordinary life stories and the most meaningful transformations. These are stories that deserve to be told, because I know they will resonate with many of you and may help you in your own process.
Through these brief reflections, I hope to share information that is useful, answer questions, or simply help you feel that you are not alone in this journey.
