Brachioplasty

Arm Lift

This procedure allows us to remove fat deposits from the inner arms and eliminate excess skin that creates a sagging appearance. These issues often persist despite exercising and even weightlifting.

The length of the incision or scar will depend on the amount of excess skin for each patient. It may be located in the armpit for mild to moderate cases or extend along the inner arms when more skin needs to be removed, as often occurs with patients who have experienced massive weight loss after bariatric surgery. In any case, the scar will be positioned so that it is not visible during the patients' daily activities, and many feel encouraged to wear sleeveless shirts again without fear of their scars being revealed. In most cases, liposuction is performed as the first part of the procedure to remove fat deposits, achieve a more pleasing contour of the arm, and facilitate skin excision.

Shape the arms and restore their healthy, youthful appearance.

Results will be evident from the beginning, but the final outcome will only be visible after several weeks when the swelling has completely subsided.
